Calling Cards

CNS offers standard domestic Calling
Cards and Enhanced Calling Cards, which allow users to use the cards in foreign countries,
and allows callers to use customer-programmed speed dialing numbers. While the Enhanced
Cards offer more services than the standard cards, the standard cards offer lower rates on
domestic calls and utilizes shorter PIN numbers for easier dialing.
To use the CNS Basic Calling Card,
the user dials a toll-free number, which connects them to the MCI Calling Card
system. The caller is then prompted to type in his 9 digit authorization code, and then
the telephone number they are calling.
With the Enhanced Calling Card, the user dials a different access
number, with a similar prompt that also includes the option of typing in a speed dialing
code to call frequently dialed numbers. The caller then types their 14 digit authorization
code and the telephone number they are calling.
With the Enhanced Calling Card, callers can originate calls from 135
foreign countries for calling back to the United States, and 85 countries to other non-US
countries.
